What to Wear?

Our wedding colors are pretty muted/fall/earthy. We're going for a whimsical, boho and vintage aesthetic. Ladies, longer fall dresses and hats and coats if you want! Gents, no need for suits, jeans and nice button down will suit well; and again coats and shoes as necessary for warmth.

Weather?

Plans are for reception to be outside unless we have an unpredicted snow storm, which is unlikely for Canon City in October. However please bring a coat or maybe even a blanket if you'd like to make extra effort to keep warm.

Ceremony Parking

Answer

Plenty of street-side parking and a lot that belongs to the church should provide plenty of accessible parking options for everyone.

There is a cement paved parking lot at St John's church, otherwise more street-side options.

Food and Dietary Restrictions

Answer

We are taking into account celiac gluten allergies and also providing a vegetarian alternative to our reception meal. If you have restrictions beyond this, please reach out to Katherine personally and we will either figure something out or you will be well equipped to provide for your own special needs.
