COVID-19 Guidelines for Rhode Island Events

As of June 23, 2021, the State of Rhode Island guidelines for events are as follows: - Guests will have no testing or vaccination requirement for entry into Rosecliff - There is no mask requirement for guests - Out of state visitors please see: https://covid.ri.gov/covid-19-prevention/travel-tofrom-ri for information on travel into the state of RI

Will there be shuttles from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from the hotels and Thames Street to the venue. Shuttles will start pick up at 5:15 and the last shuttle will be at 5:45. Shuttles will start leaving the event at 10:30 and rotate until 12:00.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids, but we would like to have our wedding be a night off for parents!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred. The ceremony is outside on the grass, ladies please consider this when choosing your shoes!

If flying from out of town, what’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Providence (PVD) which is about a 35 minute drive to Newport. Hartford (Bradley) or Boston (Logan) are about a two hour drive to Newport.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you live nearby and are not staying in Newport area for the night, there is plenty of free parking on site at Rosecliff. When pulling into the entrance at 548 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI 02840, the driveway will take you directly to the parking lot.
