Question

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Transportation to Venue: All shuttles will be leaving at 4 PM to transport guests from the hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites) to the wedding venue. Transportation to Hotel: We will have one shuttle leave at 8:45 PM for guests that would like to head back to the hotel. We will have an additional shuttle leave at 10 PM to transport guests to the hotel. Transportation to The Holler: We will have shuttles transporting people from the wedding venue to The Holler starting at 10 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal/black tie optional. For men, dark suits are encouraged and tuxes are optional. For women, formal, floor length dresses or an elegant cocktail dress is encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all the children in our lives, due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to invite adult guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the venue; however, no cars may be left at the venue overnight. We will have transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton Riverstone Parkway (hotel block available). We strongly recommend scheduling ride share services in advance if you plan to use ride share due to limited availability in Ball Ground, GA.
