Caitlin & Alex are making it official in the scenic hills of Morgantown, WV, and you're on the guest list—so cancel all other plans, pack your comfy dancing shoes, and prepare for a weekend of love, laughter, and likely some dad jokes. We’re so excited to celebrate this big, beautiful mess of life with all our favorite humans.

Once upon a time (at an open mic night and while slinging some beers), Caitlin met Alex. We bonded over mutual acquaintances, arcade games, and a ruined hand of Euchre . The rest is history... and also some chaotic group texts, endless hours of Facetime, and a lot of growing together. We’ve been building a life together filled with laughter, snacks, inside jokes, and thousands on thousands of miles put on Caitlin's Kia Forte.

After months of research, Alex took Caitlin back to Montreal to visit a college (again!). Caitlin said yes because it wasn't "peak season" and trips can be planned on the least busy days of the taproom (sunday-wednesday). After a funny start to the trip, Alex looked for the perfect, storybook moment. Life is funny, and sometimes those moments don't exist. Alex popped the question on a street corner after late dinner, Caitlin said “are you serious?” and then we both laughed and continued our walk. There was probably a dog nearby. Definitely additional snacks involved. Honestly, it’s all a little blurry because it was perfect in that surreal “is this really happening?” kind of way. Alex assumed Caitlin knew, but Alex kept the ring in his Tenor Guitar case, and Caitlin doesn't open that case. And here we are: in love, engaged, and still trying to figure out how to pronounce “Worcestershire.”
