Are kids invited to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As much as we love the little ones, we request that both the ceremony and reception are adult only (21 years old & older).

Is the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at David's Country Inn.

Question

What time should I arrive at David's Country Inn on 12/14/2025?

Answer

The Ceremony is scheduled to start at 6:00pm. Please plan to arrive ~5:45pm to ensure everyone is seated in time for the start of the Ceremony. Please note that guests who arrive late may not be able to join us for the Ceremony & can meet us for the start of Cocktail Hour.

Are shuttles going to be provided from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles to and from David's Country Inn and Courtyard by Marriott (15 Howard blvd, Mt. Arlington, NJ 07856). Please note it is ~20 minute drive from the hotel to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please arrive in ALL black attire following the guidelines for a formal "black-tie" event. For women this means all black elegant floor length dresses, all black elegant formal cocktail dresses or all black elegant pant suits. For men this means all black Tuxedo or Suits along with a solid black bow-tie or neck-tie with a solid white shirt.

The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception is scheduled to be inside!

Can David’s Country Inn accommodate my dietary restriction?

Answer

The entire wedding will be gluten free, along with vegan/vegetarian options available upon request. If you have any additional dietary restrictions please let us know as soon as possible!

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open bar! With that being said we encourage all guest to make a hotel reservation and take the provided shuttle to prevent any unwanted drinking and driving.

Can I take photos at your ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request no photos at our ceremony. We are paying a lot of money for professional photos and would hate for them to be ruined by your iPhone/cameras.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift a card box will be provided at the wedding reception or you can mail it to our home at 222 Fairmount Ave Unit B Saugus, MA 01906.

Will there be an Engagement Party or Bridal Shower?

Answer

There will not be an Engagement Party or Bridal Shower. If you would like to send us a gift (although it is not necessary) to help us celebrate our engagement and/or upcoming wedding please consider donating to our Honeymoon Fund (through our Zola account or through Venmo/Zelle using our phone numbers (347-731-7858 or 978-270-6374)) or purchasing a gift off the registry.

What happens if the hotel room block is sold out?

Answer

If you are informed that our hotel room block at the Courtyard Marriott is sold out, don't panic! Please inform Nick or Jackie ASAP so that we can increase the room block as needed. If the hotel becomes completely sold out and we can no longer increase our room block please utilize the additional hotels in the Travel Section (Ex. Everitt Bed & Breakfast, Holiday Inn Express & Townplace Suites). Please note that the shuttle will ONLY be leaving from the Courtyard Marriott, if you make hotel RSVPs at any other location you must obtain your own transportation to and from David's Country Inn.
