We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Since we are getting married by the beach, floral dresses and bright colors are encouraged. Any suit colors for men are welcome. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white & light pink. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the lawn (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside. We will include a link below for outfit inspiration. https://pin.it/EbgLiC2Kb For the welcome party, please feel free to dress casual! Jeans, khakis, and shorts are welcome.
If you know one thing about our planning process so far, you know our biggest challenge has been making sure we can accommodate all of our guests in the ballroom. We wish we could celebrate with everyone we know! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding - we’re right there with you!
There will be complementary valet parking for any guests who are driving to the venue. Congress Hall will likely be within walking distance of most hotels and airbnbs. Ubers/Lyfts are also available if you would prefer not to drive.
The welcome party & wedding day will both be open bar for the duration of the event. The Fireball is on us and the hangover is on you... get ready to party!
Yes! We recommend that guests stay at either Congress Hall or the other 3 Cape Resorts properties shown on the "Travel" tab. Congress Hall will be our home base all weekend, with most events there. We also recommend searching on Airbnb & VRBO. Cape May has many options for accommodations, whether you are looking for a hotel room or shared house!
