We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM, the doors will open at 3:15 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, and arriving early ensures you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in (and enjoy some drinks, yay!). If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, you'll be invited to drink champagne and Arnold Palmers while you wait for us to join cocktail hour. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The dress code is Black Tie Optional, think elevated and elegant, but with some flexibility. For those wearing pants: A tuxedo is welcome and always sharp, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. For those without pants: We encourage long dresses or gowns to match the formality and vibe of the evening.

No transportation is needed! Our ceremony and reception will be at Excelsior, located at 125 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, just a short walk from the hotels. The Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square is conveniently located just one block across the street from Excelsior, making it easy to walk to and from the venue. Excelsior is a completely non-smoking venue, both indoors and throughout the grounds, and we kindly ask all guests to respect this policy. For those who wish to smoke, there is convenient access to the sidewalk just outside where you are always welcome to step out as needed.
