What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at the Sunrise Shelter (weather permitting) and starts promptly at 5pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 4:45pm so you will have ample time to be seated and enjoy our beautiful violinist

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The day after the wedding, at 11am, the bride and groom will be getting brunch at the Lodge. Please feel free to make a reservation and join us! If you would prefer to forgo brunch, but still say hi, please stop by! We would love to see you if you are in the area!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! We are registered on Amazon, you can find it under the "Registry" tab on this website. There will also be a box to collect cards at the wedding. We hope to buy a house in the near future so any gift would be very much appreciated.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can. The deadline is April 15th at the latest. If we have no heard from you by then, it will be assumed you are not coming.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to see your littles, this is more of an adult event. Only the kids in the bridal party will be invited. Please understand that whoever is listed on the invites are the only people invited.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on Starved Rock Lodge property. There is public parking for those who are not staying at the lodge, or private parking for those who are.

Sorry! Only people who are explicitly invited are to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking for cocktail attire. Muted colors and pink encouraged! Please avoid green and white.
