Goffstown Main Street
Goffstown Main Street is 20 minute walk down the rail trail from Shirley Park (or a 50 minute bike ride from Manchester, for Tim). Or, drive and park at the Ace Hardware for a chance of meeting a guy selling the best corn-on-the cob you'll have in your life ("sushi-grade!"). Main Street if full of cute shops, cafes, and restaurants, but we especially recommend Sawyers for breakfast, Flight for coffee, and the Village Trestle for a drink or to hang out with the locals!
Piscataquog Rail Trail
The rail trail connects Goffstown and Manchester (~45 minutes to bike from Manchester to Shirley Park!) and ends at Goffstown Main Street. Check out the trail for views of Glen lake and a self-guided tour of Goffstown!
Devriendt Farm Ice Cream
A five minute walk from Shirley Park, we won't mind if you sneak out of the festivities for some ice cream -- just remember to bring cash! Or come with some extra time to check out their farm stand and flowers, and maybe even pick your own berries!
Uncanoonuc Trail
A 1-2 mile hike for a view of Goffstown!
