Below are some lodging recommendations for your trip to Atlanta. Wahoo is located in Decatur, near the East Lake MARTA station. Atlanta and traffic go hand in hand, so we recommend our guests stay in the following neighborhoods for the perfect balance of walkability, amenities and easy access to the venue: East Lake, Midtown (near the Midtown station), Virginia Highlands, Inman Park/Reynoldstown, Old Fourth Ward and the City of Decatur. Regardless of whether you prefer to rent a car or explore the city on MARTA, there are a multitude of options.

Travel Note

MARTA

MARTA trains are the perfect way to explore the city while beating the traffic that comes with the Atlanta experience. If you prefer to take the train to avoid driving or valet parking, we recommend staying no farther north than the Arts Center station, no farther south than the College Park station, and no farther east than the Decatur stop. The west side of MARTA beyond Vine City is primarily residential.
