Black tie-oriented means we are leaning more formal. We prefer: MEN: button-down shirts with a tie and suit jacket, if available. Please avoid cargo shorts/pants, short sleeve polos, etc. WOMEN: floor-length formal gowns. Please avoid full ball gowns, bright red, anything CLOSE to white, and excessive sparkles. You are not required to follow a specific color theme, nor are we asking you to buy new clothing if you don't already have something in your closet... whatever makes you feel most comfortable and confident, while still being respectful of our wishes. **Please reach out to the bride if you have ANY questions pertaining to the dress code.
Please RSVP by MARCH 18th. We prefer for you to RSVP directly on this website. If we do not receive a response by the requested date, we will assume you will not be attending, which means you will not have a seat or a meal.
While we aim to have all RSVPs collected by March 18th, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If your plans have changed since your original RSVP, you can update your response on our wedding website until March 18th. After this date, please contact the bride directly as soon as possible. Please note that seating and catering arrangements will already be finalized with our vendors, so we cannot guarantee accommodations for last-minute changes.
If we’ve saved you a seat for a plus one, their name will automatically populate when you attempt to RSVP, and you’ll be able to confirm both responses at the same time. If we’re missing any part of your guest’s name, please leave us a note so we can make sure to acknowledge them correctly.
Navigating transportation for our wedding day is important to us. While our hotel blocks are not within shuttle service range, we encourage guests to plan ahead. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may have limited availability between our ceremony and reception venues, so we recommend scheduling rides in advance. ** Many uber/Lyft drivers will pick you back up at the end of the night, if you mention it to them during your first ride.
Please plan to arrive by 1:30, as church doors will close early so the bride can remain hidden, as the couple will NOT be doing a first look. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM. Cocktail hours begin at 4:30 PM and will have a deluxe bar with signature drinks & butler-style hors d’oeuvres.
Yes, there will be plenty of free, handicap-accessible parking at both the ceremony and reception venues.
St. Paul's is a welcoming Catholic church that serves both the broader community and the local Albanian population. While you may find it listed as St. Paul's Albanian Catholic Church in Rochester Hills, our wedding ceremony and mass will be conducted entirely in English, following traditional Catholic traditions.
Our wedding reception will feature butler-passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, accompanied by a deluxe full-service bar. Dinner will be a plated chicken entrée, with thoughtful accommodations for various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please inform us of any significant allergies, particularly those involving nuts, eggs, or wheat. (Note: The bride avoids shellfish & is gluten conscience)
