After three and a half years of unknowingly crossing paths at Saint Mary's, we met at a Halloween Party at what seemed like the very last second of college. Though we may not remember every detail of that night and even though Brittany saved her phone number under the wrong name in Stephen's phone, we still found each other. There was a first date on November 23rd, 2015 at Fenton's Creamery and Grizzly Peak lookout point. Stephen put far too much gel in his hair and Brittany talked too much but we still ended up in a relationship by the end of the evening. In the last three and a half years, we've done so much of life together. We graduated from Saint Mary's together, Brittany survived graduate school, Stephen dominated in the professional world, we traveled a lot (up and down California, Catalina Island, Nevada, Washington, Hawaii & Mexico), we went to more A's games than Brittany could have ever imagined, and Stephen even found himself at an Andrea Bocelli concert, twice. We made it through long distance and we loved each other- a lot. And on April 14th, 2018 Stephen moved Brittany to speechlessness when he asked for forever at the place it all started. We are in awe of how fortunate we are to have found love the way we do. We are incredibly blessed to have each other to take on life together. And we cannot wait for our wedding day and the start of forever.
