What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:45 as the ceremony is scheduled to start by 5pm!

As we would love to accommodate everyone, we have limited space. Those whom the formal invitations are addressed to are welcome to attend.

Semi-Formal or cocktail attire is acceptable.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This will be weather-dependent. This decision can be made on the day of by the bride and groom so please plan accordingly and bring a jacket!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the open bar will consist of beer, wine and 2 signature drinks. If you prefer additional mixed drinks, they are available for purchase with cash only. Please make sure to bring your ID :) Disclaimer: There will be no rum at the bar due to an allergy

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! There will also be a shuttle available from the hotel to the venue. We will have 2 buses for guests to take to and from the venue. Bus 1 will depart at 4:15pm and bus 2 will depart at 4:25. Please make sure to be on time so the ceremony can start when scheduled.
