IS THERE PARKING AT NORTHBAY?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking! Once you turn onto the NorthBay Camp grounds you will drive down the wooded road until you get to the bottom where you will see a parking lot on your left. Once parked you can walk over to the Welcome Table to check-in for the weekend!

How do we book a cabin for the weekend?

Answer

Accommodations will be arranged by the Bridget and Mike. Please indicate on your online RSVP form if you would like to stay onsite in a shared cabin. ​ The price to stay overnight Friday & Saturday is $150 per person. For only Saturday night, the price is $75 per person. Payment options include Venmo & mailing a check. ​Venmo: @obrienmaxwellwedding Checks may be mailed to: Bridget O'Brien and Michael Maxwell 731 Ashurst Road, Havertown Pa 19083 (We are having checks sent to Bridget's parents house instead of our city address)

What is included in the price for the weekend?

Answer

Your accommodation price includes your cabin for Friday and/or Saturday night and Saturday adventure activities. All guests are invited to Friday's Welcome Party and Sunday Brunch. Adventure Activities include: Zip-line, High Ropes course, Giant Swing, Indoor/Outdoor Rock Climbing walls, Canoes, Kayaks, Pool, and all the Recreation Center has to offer.

What should we pack?

Answer

Linens and pillows will be included in every cabin. Otherwise, pack anything you would need for a summer camp weekend! Don't forget towels, a bathing suit, comfy shoes, sun screen, bug spray, flip-flops, lawn games, and your dancing clothes for the wedding. The cabins do not have refrigerators, so packing a cooler would be a good idea. There are individual shelves and outlets in each cabin so don't forget your chargers! If you forget anything, fear not! The town of North East is just a fifteen minute drive from the camp. ​Feel free to bring more alcohol if you plan on day drinking on Saturday or prefer your own drink of choice Friday night!

Can you tell us more about Saturday?

Answer

NorthBay Adventure Camp is located on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. All wedding festivities will take place on campus. ​Adventure activities such as the zip lines, giant swing, rock climbing walls, high ropes course, kayaking, and the swimming pool will be open to our guests all day Saturday before the ceremony.

When is Check- In and Check- Out

Answer

Check-In is Friday at 4pm. There will be a table outside of Blackbeard's Dining Hall where everyone who plans on staying over/participating in the adventure activities will sign a consent form and receive cabin assignments. Check-Out is Sunday at 12pm following brunch. Brunch will be from 9:30am -12 in Blackbeard's Dining Hall.
