*COVID-19* What health and safety precautions will be in place at the wedding?

Answer

Due to the Delta variant, we will be requiring masks when indoors, except when eating or drinking. (Weather permitting, most of the wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors.) We will also be respectfully requiring that non-vaccinated guests receive a COVID test 72 hours or less before the ceremony.

I won't be able to attend in person, is there a way I can participate virtually?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to live-stream the ceremony. If you'd like to be sent the information & link, please reach out to Erin or David directly. Details will be sent out to those who request access a week or two before the wedding.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a small lot with accessible parking next to the Mansion and a large parking lot available for guests a short way down Clocktower Drive (connected to the Mansion by a walking path). See the "Schedule" page for a map.

Will there be transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will not be a designated shuttle service for the wedding, but we are planning to send out a car-pooling spreadsheet for any who wish to coordinate transportation. Ride-share and taxi services are also an option.
