For our out-of-town guests, the closest airport to our wedding venue and Red Deer is the Calgary International Airport (YYC). It’s approximately a 90-minute drive to Red Deer, and there are quite a few rental car options at the airport.

Shuttle
Shuttle Ride

The wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes south of Red Deer. A shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:30 p.m. sharp to transport you to the venue. For your convenience, a return shuttle is available with departures at 9:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m., and 1:00 a.m. Please let us know in your RSVP if you require a ride.
