Megan: After two years of dating we decided to go to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse (our favorite spot) for our anniversary. After having too much to eat Nyle casually suggested we go on a walk to where our second date was. I thought it sounded like a good idea! We drove downtown to the park in the center of the city and began walking around. Not too long into our walk a trail of tea lights lit up into a pathway and around to a corner where Nyle had laid out a giant rug covered it with flower petals and surrounded it with more lights flowers and balloons! After getting down on one knee both sides of the family came out to share in the moment with us and spoiler, I said yes! Nyle: The night before we recreated out first date where we had ice cream at Dairy Queen. Megan probably wouldn't have said yes if I proposed at the Dairy Queen! I knew better!
