We're Getting Married!

Who knew a college English class could bring two together better than *insert dating app name here*?! It was the first Wednesday of their freshman year of college. Ryan and Shelby were put together in a small group to discuss a homework assignment. However, it was not until that Friday that they first spoke to each other. It was the first night out at KU. Shelby and her newly acquired friends from her dorm were visiting the typical Tennessee Street fraternities. It wasn't until she was leaving Sigma Chi, Ryan's fraternity, that they exchanged their first words. As Shelby passed through the doorway to leave, Ryan was walking in to stay and she recognized him from English class. Shelby came to The University of Kansas not knowing anyone. She was the only person from her high school, the only person she knew from Dallas. This was her chance to make a new friend. She stopped him and said, "hey I know you from English class, we were in a small group this week!" Ryan nodded his head in agreement, but before he knew it Shelby was already walking away to the neighboring fraternity. About 10 minutes go by... Shelby has made her way to the next fraternity when she notices her phone ringing. It is one of her friends, who is still at Sigma Chi, telling her she has to come back over. "The boy from your English class is begging you to come back," she said. Shelby is flattered and makes her way back to Sigma Chi. They went on their first date the next day. They decided to become an official couple the following week. And the rest is history
