How do I RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations and RSVP details will be shared later this summer. Once invitations are sent, guests will be able to RSVP directly through our wedding website.

When and how do I book accommodations?
Answer
If you would like to book lodging at Full Moon where all the events will take place, we ask that you please hold off on booking through them until RSVP's go out. We have reserved the entire property for our wedding celebration, with plenty of on-site lodging available in a range of sizes and price points to comfortably accommodate all guests for both Wednesday and Thursday nights. We will coordinate accommodations with you and share booking details once invitations and RSVPs are sent.

How might weather impact travel plans?
Answer
As a winter wedding in the Catskills, we’re embracing the season — and hopefully a bit of snow to add to the magic! In the event of severe weather, guests will have the option to arrive early and/or extend their stay to ensure safe travel. We’ll be in touch with any necessary updates and accommodations should weather become a factor.

Do I need to attend all three days?
Answer
You do not! While we would love to celebrate with you throughout the full event, you are welcome to join for only the wedding day if that works best for your schedule. For guests planning to stay overnight, we especially encourage staying Thursday night, as it will be both the evening of the wedding and New Year’s Eve — with festivities continuing into the night!

Can I bring a plus-one?

At this time, we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitation due to space limitations. If additional space becomes available, we will reach out directly. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, our wedding celebrations will be reserved for invited guests only. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements and enjoy a carefree evening celebrating with us!

Can I book accommodations outside the venue?
Answer
Absolutely — you are welcome to stay wherever you feel most comfortable. However, please note that transportation will not be provided to or from off-site accommodations. Because all wedding events and activities will be taking place on-site at Full Moon, staying at the venue will be the most convenient option for those wishing to be part of the full celebration.

A Winter Wedding in the Catskills?! Can I stay longer!?
Answer
You can! If you’d like to turn the wedding into a full winter getaway, you are welcome to extend your stay and enjoy all that the Catskills have to offer — skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, shopping, cozy fires, and more. Since we only have exclusive access to Full Moon from December 30–January 1, any stay before or after our wedding dates will be subject to venue availability.
