What restrictions are there due to COVID?
Answer
The following restrictions from Boulder County, the State of Colorado, and the Health Department have been implemented: - We unfortunately won't be able to have an open dance floor at this time - Masks are highly recommended - Dinner will be switched from Family Style to a Dual Plated dinner service. - Tables can have no more than 8 guests per table and all tables must be spaced 6 feet apart We will keep you updated if there are any changes is the guidelines. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Will coronavirus make you cancel your wedding?
Answer
No, pending no laws prevent public gatherings and our venue is still operating we will have our wedding. That being said, we would love all invited guest to attend, but if you are feeling sick or are at high risk with coronavirus, please stay home and take care of yourself.

Will there be drinks?
Answer
While we won't be having an open bar, we'd like to treat everyone to a few drinks.

Will there be marijuana?
Answer
While marijuana is legal in Colorado, it is not allowed at our venue. Seriously, don't do it. It violates our venues alcohol policy, they WILL enforce it, and the ENTIRE wedding will be kicked out if ANYONE is caught with marijuana.

Where should we stay?
Answer
Check out our Travel page where we have a couple of hotels listed for both Estes Park and Fort Collins. There is also a list of cabins close by the venue that are available for rent. We would also recommend using Airbnb or VRBO for other options for housing. If you need help finding a place to stay, don't hesitate to contact Nycole or Gavin and we can help you as well.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
As much as we'd love to have your puppers with us, unfortunately they can't join us inside our venue. Instead we request that they relax at home and have a treat in honor of our celebration.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We have a wonderful photographer who will be covering our day - including the ceremony. With that in mind, we request that you save your photos for before the ceremony or afterwards with the reception. We promise that we'll send you all of the amazing photos from the ceremony, but we'd love to see your faces during it, not your screens.

Can I call an uber?
Answer
Do not rely on Uber for your ride home. Due to the location in the mountains, cell service is spotty to non-existent at our venue. Also, due to the small size of Allenspark, there are not a lot of Uber cars in the area. We recommend that you pre-arrange your ride home if you don't want to drive.
