When should I RSVP by?

Please try to RSVP no later than September 5, 2023.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any food allergies when you RSVP. If you have already done so and wish to add a special request, please email nani.and.ny@gmail.com.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available during the reception, please bring cash in order to partake in this service.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest. Please reach out to Nyasia or Minani if you would like to discuss further.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are trying to keep this an adult only event. Special exceptions have been made for a nieces and nephews. If you believe you require special consideration, please reach out to either Nyasia or Minani.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from hotels will not be provided. Luckily, most major hotels are located within twenty minutes of the ceremony and reception site. If you transportation is an issue, please reach out to us at nani.and.ny@gmail.com

Is there parking for the event?

Yes! Parking is free and located across the street from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is starts at 4:30 pm. Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to allow yourself to get settled.

Cocktail attire is encouraged
