Answer
Please RSVP by November 1st, 2026 Due to venue capacity and catering guarantees, we’re only able to accommodate guests who RSVP “yes” by the deadline. If we don’t hear from you, or if you RSVP “no,” we unfortunately won’t be able to welcome you at the wedding. We hope you understand — we want to celebrate with everyone who can join us, but our headcount is locked in with our vendors ahead of time.

Weather
Answer
As this is an outdoor venue, weather conditions may vary. We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible! While it's the South, a strong El Niño is predicted to bring a cold, crisp air to the Gulf Coast this December. Since our festivities take place in an outdoor courtyard starting at 4:30 PM, please plan on bringing a warm coat or layer for the evening. Paved surfaces mean you don't have to worry about mud, and we will have heaters roaring to keep things cozy!

As much as we love your little ones, the only children invited to the wedding are those who are listed on your wedding invitation.

On-street parking is available near the venue. We recommend arriving with ample time to allow for a leisurely and stress-free entrance.

Yes—there will be an open bar for the majority of the evening. During the final hour of the reception, the bar will transition to cash service.

Ceremony & Reception Location

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, allowing the evening to unfold seamlessly without the need for travel in between.

Semi-Formal attire is requested. Please no jeans or flip-flops. We encourage guests to dress with intention and elegance—polished, refined, and celebration-ready.

Photos & Videos

Yes, we welcome you to take photos and videos throughout the day. We kindly ask that no photos of the bride be posted on social media before she has shared her own. Any other photos or videos may be posted freely, provided the bride is not included. Videos of the ceremony are permitted and encouraged—thank you for helping us curate the unveiling of the day with care and intention.

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating and to fully settle into the atmosphere.

Yes, seating will be assigned for the reception. Escort cards or a seating chart will be available upon arrival.

Plus-Ones
Answer
Due to space considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. No plus-ones will be permitted unless they are specifically listed on the wedding invitation you received. Thank you for understanding.
