To help us with planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 28th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
We understand that attending a destination wedding is a significant commitment. If you are unable to join us in Greece, we will be hosting a separate celebration in Dallas.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you recieved a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
Unless your children are listed on your invite, we respectfully ask you to make other arrangements for your children.

In late September in Rhodes, Greece, expect sunny skies and pleasant temperatures. The average high is around 79 degrees Fahrenheit, with a low of about 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Days are hot and suitable for beach activities, while evenings are mild and comfortable, perfect for outdoor dining and walks on the beach.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine & beer during the dinner and an open bar for the party!
🚗 Rental Cars (Optional) Some guests may wish to rent a car for added flexibility, particularly after the wedding or for exploring the island. A trusted local provider that comes highly recommended by our on-the-ground team is: Marathon Rent a Car Offices located directly across from Rhodes airport A location directly opposite Mitsis Rhodos Village in Kiotari Large fleet and strong local reputation Guests are welcome to contact Marathon Rent a Car directly for availability and current requirements. As documentation requirements (driver’s license, international driving permit, etc.) can change, it’s best to confirm details directly with the rental company. Please note: Rental cars are not recommended for daily use in Old Town or Lindos due to access and parking limitations They are best suited for excursions and travel outside these areas
Transportation related to wedding day events (ceremony, reception, and late-night returns) will be coordinated for those staying at Mitsis Rhodos Village, and does not require individual guest action at this time. Additional details will be shared closer to the event.
Passport validity U.S. passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date from Greece For the wedding dates, passports should be valid through at least March 2027 ETIAS (European Travel Authorization) ETIAS has been announced but is not yet in effect If implemented before travel, it will be a simple online authorization (similar to ESTA), not a visa Guests do not need to take action at this time Biometric entry / facial recognition Greece is part of the EU’s upcoming Entry/Exit System (EES), which may use biometric data (photo/fingerprint) at passport control This does not change entry requirements and will be handled at the airport No pre-registration is required from travelers
For arrivals at Rhodes International Airport, guests are strongly encouraged to arrange airport transfers directly through their hotels in advance, especially if staying in Old Town or Lindos. This is important because: • Rhodes Old Town and Lindos have strict vehicle access restrictions • Not all taxis or transfer services are permitted to enter these areas • Hotel-arranged transfers ensure vehicles are authorized for the closest possible drop-off Guests staying in Old Town or Lindos should email or WhatsApp their hotel as soon as their reservation is confirmedto arrange arrival logistics.
