We ask that you rsvp no later than September 27th. If you don’t rsvp by then we will automatically assume you won’t be coming and mark you down as a no. Unfortunately we have to have a set head count by this date for the vendors and wedding venue.
Please arrive to the venue no earlier than 2:00pm but no later than 2:50pm to ensure everyone is sat and ready to go by 3:00pm for the ceremony to start. If you show up past 3:00 you will have to wait until the ceremony is over to join the festivities.
The dress code is semi-formal. The colors for the wedding are burgundy and blush pink so if you’d like to coordinate with those colors you are more than welcome to. The bridesmaids will be in burgundy.
While we would love to host a welcome party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
Yes you can park in the brown gravel but please avoid the white gravel as that is needed to be left open so people can leave. Also there is a pull up in front of the venue where you can drop people off, but do not park up there.
There is a Hampton inn about 8 or 9 minutes from the venue. We are also about 30 minutes from McKenzie and 30 minutes from Jackson as those places both have hotels.
We are having a taco bar!! There will be plenty of toppings as well as chips and salsa. For drinks we will have sweet tea, lemonade, and water.
We have decided to not do a registry for our wedding as we haven’t found our forever home. So we are doing a honeymoon fund instead so we can have a nice getaway.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided(September 27th), it will automatically be marked as “Not Attending.” We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding.
All areas are handicap accessible. There is a baby changing station inside the women’s restroom. As mentioned before there is a pull up in front of the venue to drop people off we just ask you don’t park there so that other people can get through.
As of right now the Ceremony will be outside and then the reception will be inside. We will play it by ear in case of any weather.
