How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP here on the website by clicking "RSVP" at the top, or by mailing back your RSVP card with your invitation RSVP Deadline is May 3rd

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend guests arrive about a half hour before the ceremony, so 4:00 pm

Where can I park?
Answer
There is a large free parking lot the venue shares with Ontario Beach Park. If you'll be staying at the Holiday Inn in Greece you can take our complimentary shuttle. Shuttle pick up is 3:45 from Holiday Inn Express

Where do I wait for the ceremony to start?
Answer
You can come right in! You are also free to visit Bill Gray's tap room directly next door, or go to Ontario Beach Park, just know that you are not allowed to bring outside drinks into the venue with you.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktails dresses. If you would like to match the color palette (optional) neutrals, pinks, and black would work great.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Yes! Up to you whether or not you bring them. Please reach out to us if you would like a plated kids meal option instead of the buffet options (Choice of mac and cheese or chicken fingers catered by Swan Dive, adults can pick this too!)

Only if your invitation says "plus one" Otherwise only the names listed on the invite may come

Will food be served during the reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be appetizers as well as a buffet with meat, vegan, and gluten-free options. Followed by cake and bubble tea. Please alert us of any allergies you have and we will make sure you're accommodated

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage photos of the reception but please no phones out during the ceremony or first dances. We have a photographer for that and we want to see your smiling faces not your phones!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony is outside the venue on the patio (weather permitting), reception is indoors and on the patio. Please bring a light jacket if you think you'll be chilly

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?
Answer
Reception ends at 11pm. After party TBD
