Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered a few gifts on Amazon. A link on our website will help you get directly to the wedding registry.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 4:00 pm. We ask to please arrive 20-25 minutes before!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements and hopefully can use this evening to have a fun date night :)

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up in a cocktail attire. Please no jeans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as “Your name and Guest” or “Your name and Name of guest.” If you are confused, when you RSVP and you type your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by close family and friends. We hope you understand!

Where will the ceremony and the reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location as on the invite. Ceremony will begin at 4:00pm Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm Reception will begin at 5:50pm

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the ceremony there will be lightly passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by the open bar.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle available to bring you to and from the wedding venue. Shuttle Drop off Schedule- 1st trip- departs from Hyatt at 2:45pm 2nd trip- departs from Hyatt at 3:30pm Shuttle Pick up Schedule- 1st trip- 9:00pm 2nd trip- 10:00pm Final trip- 11:00pm

Question

If I drive my vehicle to the venue, can I leave it overnight?

Answer

Yes, the venue just asks that we have everything cleared out by noon the following day (08/11/2024).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please email me at smwilson81799@gmail.com if food allergies are present. Due to venue restrictions, deadlines for food accommodations will be no later than June 10th, 2024.
