Formal-Black Tie. We ask all guests to wear formal ALL BLACK COLORED attire (excluding mens white dress shirts). Formal dress code for women includes, floor length gowns, tea- length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and tuxes (please no casual wear). See the photos tab for reference!
Please kindly RSVP by July 16th, 2025! If you do not RSVP before the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend and your seat will become available to other guests.
Ceremony will begin punctually at five thirty o'clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than. Guests are encouraged to arrive thirty minutes prior and enjoy romantic music provided by the live string quartet. Guests arriving during the ceremony will not be allowed access to the venue until the ceremony has proceeded.
Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults- only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors at sunset. The reception will also be held outdoors under a covered pavilion.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Feel free to use our wedding hashtag #Robertswedding, and be sure to tag us!

Yes! Beer, margaritas, seltzers, and other non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
We will be supplying alcohol and have bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
