Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Minerals Hotel for our guests. To reserve your room by phone please call (866) 921-0422 ext. 2 and request the Nunez-Passaro wedding block to make your reservation. To book your room online, use this link: https://bit.ly/NunezPassaro If no rooms are available when booking online, please reach out to Nick at 201-406-1381 and he will get more rooms added to the block. Our room block gets released April 2, 2025 so please book by then.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have opted for an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the service to help us create a more intimate and present atmosphere. Our officiant will announce the perfect moment to snap photos of the bride and groom, so you won’t miss the chance to capture our special day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire garden party. Colorful, bright, and fun patterns are encouraged! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outside, weather permitting. Apply sunscreen, pack any necessary allergy medication, and opt for comfortable footwear, as there will be some walking and grassy areas to traverse.

Are there any other events happening?

On Saturday, May 17th, the bridal party and immediate family members will join the bride and groom for a rehearsal dinner. For our cherished guests, we will host an after-party following the reception at 10 PM, featuring a light selection of food and soft drinks. Additionally, we look forward to hosting a delightful morning brunch the following day before your departure.

Absolutely! Please let us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will work with the venue to accommodate your needs.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your children very much, only the bridal party is welcome to bring their children regardless of age. We request that guests only bring their children if they are over the age of 5, to avoid potential disruptions during the ceremony. When you RSVP, your children will be included in the list of names if they are invited.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we appreciate your desire to share our special day with someone significant, we kindly ask that you bring only those explicitly named in your invitation. If you're invited to bring a guest of your choosing, you'll see "Guest" alongside your name when you RSVP. Unfortunately, due to venue and planning constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
