We would like our ceremony to promptly begin at 4:00 p.m. We recommend that you arrive by 3:45 p.m.
Yes, we recommend the Holiday Inn or the Residence Inn, both located on Technology Parkway in Mechanicsburg.
There will be a shuttle available from both hotels located on Technology Parkway! The first shuttle will leave at 2:30 from the Holiday Inn and head across the street to the Residence Inn. The next shuttle will leave at 3:15 from the Holiday Inn and stop again at the Residence Inn before heaading to the ceremony. The first shuttle back to the hotels will leave at 8:45, followed by the final shuttle of the night leaving at 9:45.
There is plenty of parking available at the venue! You may drive your car to the venue and take the shuttle back to your hotel that night. Cars must be removed by noon on Saturday.
We invite our guests to wear what makes them feel their best...especially in the July heat! Our hope is to have the ceremony outside while the reception will take place inside. We do request no jeans, please.
