Downtown Banff

Lake Louise/Moraine Lake Summer Shuttle
Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are highly popular in peak season, when parking lots fill up before sunrise. Reserve a Parks Canada shuttle seat to ensure a safe and seamless adventure. Together with the direct shuttles to each lake from the park and ride, a service running between Lake Louise and Moraine Lake means the Parks Canada shuttle is the best way to guarantee you see both lakes in one day.
Lake Louise
An incredible iridescent lake located right next to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There's a boathouse to rent canoes and multiple trails the lead you into the mountains. One of our favorite trails takes you up to the Lake Agnes Tea House where you can enjoy a cup of tea next to an insanely beautiful lake. Surrounded by endless adventures and sights to see, in Lake Louise you feel truly immersed in nature. Paddle through the iridescent lake, climb mountains, or just lie back in the grass and enjoy the sunshine and pure mountain air.
Moraine Lake
Set in the rugged Valley of the Ten Peaks, Moraine Lake is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and rock piles, creating a scene so stunning it almost seems unreal. Sit lakeside and absorb the sights and pure mountain air, or explore further by canoeing and hiking.
Lake Agnes (Hike)
A short hike that starts at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There's a tea house situated off to the side and if you take the trail up a little farther, you can capture breathtaking aerial views of Lake Louise down below.
Lake Agnes Tea House
A short hike that starts at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and takes you up to Lake Agnes where there's a tea house. You can enjoy a cup of tea while being in arguably some of the most beautiful scenery.
Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure
Such a fun experience! You travel on a massive Ice Explorer to Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk around and take in the incredible sites. This adventure also includes admission to the Skywalk, a glass-floored lookout with spectacular views of the Sunwapta Valley below. The walkway is 1 km (~ .62 miles).
