Zoo's story: His tag line was "ENFJ" and that's it...he was a complete mystery. When I was swiping, I honestly wasn't looking for anything. So as I was swiping and swiping, this message pops up and says, "you have been super swiped!" That's when a person wants you to see them on the app, they pay 💰 and then the app will send you a notification that someone "Super swiped" on you. I saw his photo and said, "oh kay, he’s cute & looks smart & looks like a tech guy; the hell with it. I need someone who's smart! I might as well see who this CHINESE guy was!" Fun fact: I had no idea he was Hmong when I swiped AND he is not at all a tech guy… When we first talked on the phone, I was infatuated with his voice. So articulate and handsome. We basically talked/facetimed almost everyday after that. Our deal was, to make it to Kongmeng and Nina's wedding in Augs. so he can have a date. LOOK where we are now! ENGAGED and about to get MARRIED! Another fun fact: I caught the bouquet at Nina's wedding. He came to see me in Orlando, Fl for the very first time about 2 weeks later and we hit it off. I am SO glad I didn't get cat fished by the way. This guy was actually as tall as he told me he was. Thank the lord, I wanted tall beautiful babies. He was here for about a month, I think, me on the weekends and his cousin's Kongmeng on the weekdays. We basically just shopped, ate, and went to the beach. On the day before he was going to leave back to Washington from Kongmengs in Ft. Myers, this guy calls me… not ask me when we were together but waits until we’re NOT AND THEN asks me to be his girlfriend. I was caught off guard, but I said YES! From there on, he worked from home, but would come see me every other month or so. I loved him for that because it showed his willingness for me and just how much he cared about our relationship. & so that is how we met! Nuchi's Story: I was making a trip to visit my cousin Kujo and then to Florida to see my other cousin Kongmeng. Before heading on my trip, I thought I would get a head start on future prospects by moving my zip code to Minnesota on my Bumble app to swipe. After many matches, I saw a picture of a girl holding a wine glass. I couldn't let her get away so I spent a dollar to "super swipe" on her so she could see that I was interested lol. We matched as expected. Turns out she was just visiting Minnesota and lived in Florida. Which worked out perfectly with my plans like it was fate. Didn't even have to plan a detour. Met her in Florida and hit it off. Since I work from home, I would visit for months at a time. Then she made the decision to move to Seattle. Now we're getting married. Moral of the story, love is easy when it's the right person and love doesn't cost a thing, just a dollar and a plane ticket.
