Transportation to and from the airport is easy with rental car options available at the airport or easily accessible through uber/lyft.

Ubers/Lyfts are readily available around Winston Salem and downtown is easily walkable to everything you should need. If renting a car there is ample parking available at any of the hotels in and around town as well as affordable parking garages downtown for as little as a dollar a day.
