Who knew that a little tomboy who wanted to play airsoft and a quiet young country boy wanting to just be left alone would one day fall in love and live happily ever after?

Tori: “After a long week apart, I came home to the most wonderful surprise. After a sweet reunion with Christian and our pup Jake, he said he had a surprise to show me. As we walked into our spare room I noticed the excitement in his eyes, and soon took note of the large gun safe newly added to the space. Christian excitedly took me to his safe and had me unlock it. After a couple of tries I was finally in, and saw all of his guns stacked neatly. Upon further inspection I saw he had all of the notes I had scattered throughout the house before I left for New York in a neat pile on the top shelf of the safe. I was filled with love at the thought of him keeping them so safe. As I turned to close the safe and give him a hug, he asked me to hand him my notes. I turned back, reached into the safe and uncovered the most gorgeous box with my engagement ring perched inside. I completely went into shock and as I turned with the ring in my shaking hands, I saw my handsome future-husband bent on one knee. He told me he had gotten my Poppie’s permission, and talked to my mother, and then asked to spend the rest of our lives together. YES!!! The most amazing day, and surprise (it most-definitely surpassed the box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts I brought back for him) ☺️❤️ Now on to our future together, we couldn’t be happier and feel more blessed.” More to come soon! After a fun day of dress shopping with some family and friends, the Bride found the perfect dress at the very last store and it just-so-happened to be the last gown to try on for the day! It was love at first sight!

***Update*** Hello everyone! We have unfortunately decided to cancel our reception due to the risk of spreading the virus. It will most likely be postponed ro a later date, as we still want to celebrate with all of you! We are still planning to go through with the ceremony, but in no way are trying to pressure anyone into coming if they don’t feel comfortable! Both sets of our grandparents will be attending, so we respectfully ask that if anyone has possibly been exposed or feels the slightest bit unwell, to stay home and take care of yourself.
