Lexerlot, or their dad's favorite, Alexia! Alexa has known the bride since, well, birth! She has taught the bride many lessons over the past 25 years, from little things like how to tie her shoe laces to big things like how to get over a heartbreak. She has been an extremely influential person in Amanda's life - she's not only a sister, a personal therapist, chef & comedian, but also a best friend. They laugh together, they cry together, they even cry while laughing together! Amanda cannot wait to have her up front at the altar with her (giving her tissues & fluffing her veil) on this important day in her life, as Amanda was on Alexa's special day this past June!
Tyler Carroll

Tyler has known the groom since high school where they trained for Encinitas lifeguards together and they have been friends ever since. They enjoy many of the same hobbies including surfing, backpacking, rock climbing, working out, san soo and more! They were roommates during the beginning of the bride and groom's relationship and have all grown closely over the past few years. Amanda and Buddy always look forward to their traditional Joshua Tree trip for Tyler's birthday!

Kenny and Manny have known each other almost as long as being sisters. They met in diapers and have been literal besties since before they could walk. Growing up, they would spend days sleeping over at each other's houses, which they thought was the ultimate vacation. In their later years, Amanda stayed put and Kendal, the world traveler that she is, made her way to different cities and even countries doing the most crazy things! They kept in touch during all of their adventures, although Kendal's were definitely more exciting. Kendal is actually flying in from a program in Germany to celebrate with Amanda and Buddy and they could not be more excited!!
Preston Crowell

Poseidon, King of Pipes. From surfing at Pipes & Cardiff to night hiking to long nights playing Catan, Preston has been Buddy's friend since 2005. To Amanda, it seems like they never go one day without talking to each other for at least 45 minutes, with occasional wake-up calls at 5:00 AM while he is driving down from LA. He was by Amanda & Buddy's side on their engagement day and they're super grateful to have him and his girlfriend, Jenna (junior guard), in their lives.

J Golds has been one of the bride's best friends for the past 14 years and has grown close with the groom over the past 3 years. She was with the bride through getting picked for kickball in 6th grade recess and getting ready for high school dances to sliding down Stonewall Peak in the snow and facetiming for hours from her new home in Chicago. They have truly been through it all and Buddy & Amanda are stoked to have her by their side on their big day!
Matt Knox

Foxy Knoxy, Matteo, Matt has been one of Buddy's friend since 2006. They grew up surfing and hanging out together. Matt has always been one of Buddy's rocks and although they do not see each other as often anymore, when they do it is as if they never were apart. Matt is the type of friend that Buddy would call when he was in a sticky situation like getting towed out of the mud, when he needed advice and needed help picking out Amanda's engagement ring.

YAS!!! Amanda's sorority sister at Cal Poly and fellow North County gal pal. Yasaman has been one of the bride's besties over the past 6 years. Amanda will always remember the fun times they have had eating hot dogs at the beach, dancing all night in downtown Encinitas, sweating our butts off in pilates and shopping... lots of shopping! And now she is a little surfer girl, with the help of Buddy's lessons - just ask her to show you her video on Surfline at the cocktail hour! Looking forward to sharing laughs & smiles on this big day and many fun memories to come over our lifetime!
George Vastola

George and Buddy have been friends since freshmen year of high school where they were total troublemakers... *ask Buddy for stories*. Through their love of the ocean & spending every last bit of change they had on burritos to their adult lives rock climbing & actually being able to afford meals, they've always been close. Since George has moved to Idaho, he switched from ocean to mountain sports and Amanda & Buddy are eager to see his new home!

Lauren or Lo met the bride freshman year of high school when they tried out for the lacrosse team together at CCA. They became extremely close during their high school years and endured painfully embarrassing moments together like purposefully showing up to school in matching outfits (probably the bride's idea) to having to dress up in full costumes on the day of a big game (no this would not be around Halloween either). They were able to look back on this and laugh about it, but at that time the only thing that got them through it was Lisa's homemade pecan pie... of course! Amanda and Lauren shared some great times and, now that Buddy is in Amanda's life, will continue to go on many group adventures to come!

Buddy has known David since 6th grade & have been friends since. They met at Horizon Church youth group where they caused so much trouble, they almost gave Kerek a pager to contact him to pick the boys up on a daily basis. This is also where their musical talents really shined... David and Buddy still have jam sessions in the backyard where they sing ridiculous songs and laugh hysterically. From camping to backpacking to rock climbing and everyday adventures throughout the years, Bud is stoked to have him there on his big day!

Where to even begin?! Erin and Amanda met working at the Rec Center at Cal Poly SLO and became pretty inseparable, you could even say twins! Amanda cherishes the fun-filled memories they have had together from boat days in Newport to SLO Brew to painting the backyard and can't wait for the moments they will share together, even if it means flying to Hawaii! Amanda and Alexa (her sister & MOH) love hearing Erin's stories which always are impossible to finish without endless laughter and can't wait to make more stories together.

You could say these two started off as each other - they would seriously change clothes in class and pretend to be one another. Brady has known the groom since 2006 where they somehow would finagle free lunch everyday. Throughout high school they played water polo, were on swim team together, and found themselves on sketchy adventures. Although he lives up in SLO, Buddy and Amanda found their way up there to hang out with Brady and his new wife Marissa. Buddy stood by his side on his wedding day as a groomsman and thankful to have Brady up there for him!

Bri, as Buddy always says "like the cheese" was one of the bride's first friends at CBRE. It started off with the occasional lunch or mall walks during work to happy hours to concerts to eventually baseball games, Joshua Tree trips and more with Bri's boyfriend and Buddy's best man, Tyler. The bride and groom have spent a lot of time with Bri in the past 3 years - she was by Amanda's side when Buddy came into the picture and has been there to watch them grow together. Buddy and Amanda are grateful to have her as a best friend and are grateful she got to watch their relationship blossom from where it all began to "I Do".
Shawn Voorhees

Buddy has known Shawn for the past 6 years or so. Their friendship begin with many backpacking trips which Shawn would plan. Our latest trip he planned involved snow shoeing in a snowstorm where at night was negative 2 degrees. Thank god he downloaded his favorite movie, Paul Blart Mall Cop, for us to watch on repeat. Buddy and Shawn lived together for 2 years and has gotten to see Amanda and Buddy's relationship grow. His corgi, Bella, is also Totsie's newest best friend.
