Question
When do I RSVP?
Answer
We ask you RSVP/book by July 31, 2025. Please keep in mind your RSVP is not confirmed until your room has been booked through the Travel Agent with deposit.

How do I book my stay?
Answer
We ask that all guest plan to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel | Los Cabos. You must stay a minimum of 3 nights and we ask that you arrive no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. Please go to the "Resort/RSVP" tab for the link to book your stay. Booking through the Travel Agent, Cherie with Island Vows, will ensure you have the best room rate under the room block and you will be added to the wedding party to attend all wedding related events. Booking flights each individuals (or couples) responsibility.

Yes, if you would like to bring a plus one, please let Chris or Novia know before booking.

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day an adults-only event.

What is the attire for ceremony day?
Answer
The dress code is beach formal (Google gives great examples!). We ask that guest wear shades of green to help us bring together our tropical vibes. Both the ceremony and reception are outside. No white, ivory, or cream please.

Are there additional wedding events to attend?
Answer
Yes, we plan to have a Meet & Greet at one of the bar locations at the resort on Friday, April 24, 2026, an optional Dinner Cruise Excursion Saturday, April 25, 2026, and a Recovery Day on Monday, April 27, 2026 at one of the pool locations. We will have a completed list of events to share prior to everyones departure.

How is the weather in Cabo in April?
Answer
From research, Cabo in April is known to be warm during the day and cooler at night with wind most of the time. Please plan to bring a light jacket/sweater for nights and a few articles of longer pants if you tend to be more on the chilly side. Please refer to Cabo San Lucas weather forecast during your packing time. We want everyone to be comfortable!
