I'm confused - aren't you guys already married?

Answer

Ok yes - we tied the knot legally and religiously earlier this year, but this is the celebration that really matters to us! It’s the one where we get to dance, laugh, and celebrate with the people who've supported our love all along <3

What's the dress code?

We've included those details with the RSVP links, but TLDR casual all weekend and "dressy casual" at the wedding (nothing too formal - Nova's wearing a cotton lehenga so...). We'll be dressed in South Asian attire but feel free to wear whatever you want!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free first-come-first-serve parking in their parking lot (shouldn't be an issue but FYI there's another wedding in another part of Phipps on the same day)

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a few great neighborhoods in Pittsburgh to stay in, depending on the vibe you're going for. We’d recommend Oakland, which is near the wedding venue and home to Carnegie Mellon, Phipps Conservatory, and lots of cute cafes and museums. It’s walkable and super convenient for the weekend. Downtown Pittsburgh is another great option - a quick 10-minute drive from the venue, with lots of hotel options, restaurants, and views of Pittsburgh's three rivers and bridges. If you're looking for something trendier, check out Lawrenceville or the Strip District, which are a bit farther out but have a fun, artsy feel with great food. We’ve included a few hotel recommendations, but no matter where you stay, getting around Pittsburgh is pretty easy (cheap ubers and decent buses). Text Aditya or Nova if you need help choosing!

We tried securing a hotel block but unfortunately that did not work out. Please feel free to contact us if you're finding it hard to secure a place to stay!
