Emily and Macaela have been friends for 15 years, met on the swim team in middle school, and even now we live 10 minutes away from each other. The more I got to know Danny at the beginning of our relationship, the more I realized how similar he was to Macaela. Somehow I went from life as an introverted black cat, to having two golden retriever best friends. She truly is the most genuine, caring, and hilarious person in our life.

Danny and Brad became friends through the National Guard awhile back. Coincidentally Brad also lives 10 minutes from us, and it’s not uncommon to find us having game nights or bonfires together. When we thought about who would join us in our wedding party we wanted someone who knows us as individuals and as a couple, rightfully so Brad was first on that list.
