We are so excited to celebrate our big day with the people that we love the most. Get ready for some fun in the sun in Mexico!

Lauren: Back in August 2016, I was at a bar hanging out with friends, including my friends Tori and JD. Aaron: I spotted this beautiful blonde girl across from the bar and noticed she was with my friend JD. Perfect! I went up to JD (never to Lauren) and asked if I could have her number. Lauren: JD came over to me and asked if the tall guy across the bar could have my number. I had been single for a while so I said "why not!". About 30 minutes later, this guy texted me saying "I think you're beautiful. I'd love to take you out some time." I responded "Sure! Let me know when." I never heard back from him.... Lauren (again): Fast forward to December 2016 and my friend Lindsay was in Austin. For some odd reason I really wanted to watch my schools basketball game (I am not into sports so not sure why I wanted to do that). The only bar that was playing the game was the JW Corner Bar at 8pm. Well, if you know Lindsay, you know she always runs late so we show up at 9:30. The game is almost over but we decide to grab a drink anyways and hang out at the bar. Aaron: I was with my buddies Geoff and Stinson at JW Corner Bar one Friday night and noticed this woman across the bar and thought "that's the type of woman I could see myself with." I ended up getting up to go talk to her and instantly chickened out and went back to my seat. My buddy Geoff said, "what the heck dude. You're Nos! Go talk to her.." So I went and approached her with a tiny hands finger puppet... Lauren: This guy and his friend came over to us at the bar and he reached out to shake my hand with a tiny hands finger puppet. I couldn't help but laugh because it was so silly. We started talking and instantly hit it off. After about 20 minutes (Aaron swears it was at least an hour...), I finally said "let me get your number." I put his number in my phone and saw it was the same guy who texted me in August!!! I of course had to rag on him for not following up. Aaron: I didn't realize it was the same girl since I never actually talked to her the first time! I guess you could say I know what I like. Lauren and Aaron: We often talk about how meeting each other was truly fate. How many people get a second shot to meet one another in a big city?? Here we are almost 6 years later ready to do the damn thing!
