How is parking at Fincastle?
Answer
It’s great! They have a large parking lot that can accommodate over 100 people

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend 15 minutes prior. The ceremony is set to start at 3:00. This will give you time to interact with the welcome tables and find your seat. Doors will open at 2:30

What is the Dress Code?

Formal Spring. Our theme is colorful floral and we encourage you all to be as well.

Will the Ceremony/Reception take plan indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Indoors to both! The venue is one open room. What seemed easiest for all parties is to allow you to sit at your reception seat for the evening and view the ceremony here as well.

Can I bring my Child or a Plus One?
Answer
Once you get to the RSVP section you will see all children and plus ones we’ve included on your invitation. If you need to make some changes please let us know!

Will there be a Cash Bar/Open Bar?
Answer
We have opted to use the Venue Bar(cash bar). If you so choose this is located right down the hall from the Banquet room.

Can I take pictures or videos during the Ceremony/Reception?
Answer
Sure! We do not mind so long as you allow the photographer to have their space to work as well.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
As soon as you can! This will ensure we have an accurate head count for the venue. We recommend no later than 5/11/2025

Where is your registry/where should I bring a gift?
Answer
Firstly, we thank you for considering bringing a gift and please do not feel inclined to do so. If you so choose to buy a gift you can bring it to the Wedding! We will have a gift and card table set up. You can view our registry on the Registry Tab of this site!

What is the itinerary?
Answer
While we do want to go with the flow here is generally what you can expect to see. Ceremony: 3pm-4pm Guest Activities:4pm-5pm (this may include sign the guest book, interact with the Photo Booth, filling out your message for our Message in a Bottle, etc.) Dinner (Buffet Style):5pm-6pm Party Time-6pm-8pm

What’s the menu?

We will be having a Pasta Night! Garden Salad, Manicotti, Alfredo, and Rolls will be served buffet style. Water, Tea, and Lemonade provided as well!

When will the Reception end?
Answer
The Reception will officially be over at 8pm. If you need to leave earlier we do understand!
