Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. We love your children but if they are not listed on your invitation, we ask that they do not come.

What day do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2026. Any RSVPs received after this date will unfortunately not be accommodated.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The wedding dress code is ‘Rustic Chic’.

Do you have a hotel block reserved for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn at 65 Priority Dr Martinsburg, WV 25403. There are multiple room options available. Booking is required by Saturday October 3rd, 2026 to receive the group rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a shuttle service. The bus will pick guests up and transport them to the wedding venue before the ceremony. And then 2 bus shuttles will be available back to the hotel after the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm so please plan to arrive between 2:45-3:15pm to find your seat in time.

I have dietary restrictions, what is the best way to communicate that to you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP (link) about your dietary needs.
