WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in Garden Party Formal—think cocktail attire, just a bit more elevated. We kindly ask guests to wear cocktail-length or maxi dresses. Men are welcome to wear suits in any color. Please, no mini dresses, jeans, or hats! The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass and paved walkways. Heels and dress shoes suitable for walking on grass are encouraged! October weather should be nice, but a light jacket or coat may be helpful as the evening goes on.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Parking is available at the venue. We encourage guests to carpool whenever possible to ensure there’s plenty of room for everyone to park and settle in easily!

ARE PLUS ONE'S INVITED?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation states 'and guest' or includes a plus-one's name, we've reserved a seat for them as well!

Our wedding will be an adults-only event, except for the children named on the invitations explicitly. Thank you for your understanding!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Our venue is located in Newcastle, Oklahoma. While accommodations in Newcastle are limited, we recommend staying in Norman, where several convenient hotel options are available. Airbnb rentals are also a great choice, especially for families. We do not have a reserved hotel block, so guests are welcome to choose the accommodations that best suit their preferences.
