Here are your delicious food options! Starters: (V) Caprese salad - vine tomato and buffalo mozzarella, black olive tapenade, tomato essence. Duck confit croquette, pickled cucumber, sesame little gem, hoisin sauce. Main: (V) Pesto and pine nut risotto, charred asparagus, lemon and thyme oil, tomato salad, wild brazil Slow cooked sticky bbq beef, charred corn on the cob, paprika butter, sweet potato puree and slaw Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding. (Our favourite!) Pizza, cake and others sweets will be available in the evening.
