Where is the venue?

Our wedding will be held at Retreat 21. The address is 11433 Industrial Parkway, Marysville OH, 430340. Once you turn into the driveway near the Tap House entrance, continue to the left and follow the road all the way up the hill to the venue.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Free parking will be available on-site for all guests at the venue. Once you arrive at Retreat 21, simply follow the signs and directions to the designated parking areas.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive approximately 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking, finding seats, and getting settled before the celebration begins.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Formal Attire Requested: We’re excited to celebrate this special occasion with our favorite people dressed for the occasion! Formal attire includes floor-length gowns, midi or cocktail dresses, suits, tuxes, dress shirts, and ties. Please also keep in mind that portions of the venue are outdoors and include gravel, so plan footwear accordingly for comfort. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or ivory shades out of respect for the bride.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

We kindly invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony by joining us for an unplugged ceremony. We ask that guests please silence and put away phones, cameras, and other devices during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer capturing the moment, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward. Thank you for helping us make this moment even more special!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation. We kindly ask for your understanding in respecting our guest list and RSVP selections as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, so we encourage guests to dress accordingly for the season and temperature. The roads and pathways throughout the venue are primarily gravel, so please keep this in mind when selecting footwear. The reception will be held indoors; however, the venue features large garage-style doors that may be opened depending on the weather.
