What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:00 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Guests arriving after 3:15 PM will not be permitted to enter, so please plan accordingly!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or formal attire is requested! Since part of the event will take place on grass, we recommend wearing garden-friendly shoes—ideally not heels—unless you’re comfortable walking on grass in them. The ceremony and reception will be held outside, so please bring layers as the weather will be around 70 degrees during the day and lower 50s at night. We will have patio heaters available!

Can I bring a plus one?

We're keeping our celebration intimate with a small guest list of close family and friends, so we're not able to accommodate plus ones.

Are kids welcome?

This is an adults-only celebration due to restrictions at the Vrbo with an open bar.

What's the vibe going to be like?
Answer
We're having a small, non-traditional microwedding with just close family and friends - no more than 50 people. With everything going on in the world, we want a reason to celebrate and to spend meaningful time with the people we love the most. It's going to be relaxed, intimate, and fun!!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are plenty of rental homes and hotels in the Gatlinburg area. You can find our recommended options under the Travel section of our website to help make your stay as comfortable as possible! This area is VERY popular in October, so we highly recommend making your travel arrangements as soon as possible to secure accommodations!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No transportation will be provided. However, there will be plenty of parking available at the Vrbo. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, are also accessible to/from the Vrbo.

What if I have allergies/dietary restrictions?
Answer
let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs so you can enjoy the celebration with us! If you prefer to bring your own food due to dietary restrictions, there will be a refrigerator on-site for storage if needed.
