Can we Uber/Lyft back after the reception?

Answer

There are NO Uber/lyfts or ride shares from this location. Shuttle rides or personal vehicles encouraged.

Where and when are the shuttles picking up?

Answer

Shuttles will be picking up from the Hutton Hotel on West end promptly at 3:00pm. Every seat is accounted for, so please be on time. The shuttles will be dropping off after the wedding in the same place.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony (4:30pm), to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing to the wedding?

Answer

Wear what you feel your best in! The bridal party will be in dark green.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! Please no jeans. Please wear what you can dance in. Block heels for the ladies are suggested

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception are on the same property. The Ceremony to take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception to follow after, indoors with outdoor elements

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We highly suggest grabbing a seat on one of the busses leaving from the Hutton Hotel at 3pm and 3:15pm. You will be able to Uber or Lyft to the venue but finding a rideshare after the reception will be challenging. You are welcome to drive as well but suggest carpooling as parking is limited.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free, on the property but limited. Please consider taking the shuttle, ride share or carpooling.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay

Answer

There are convenient hotels of different budgets listed under "where to stay" on the website. These hotels are near where the shuttle is leaving from but there are plenty others in the area. Due to the Nashville being a tourist town, and Air BNB being the more popular option, we do not have a hotel block reserved.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

The food will be buffet style. We have 2 protein options, vegetarian sides, salad and dessert. There will be only a few gluten free options.
