We're Getting Married!

We met at our bridesmaid Emily's house and didn't think much of it. We became friends and spent a lot of time together but the timing wasn't right. We eventually stopped communicating than reconnected a few years later at Emily's baby shower. We have literally been inseparable ever since. Now, three years and a baby later, we have realized how much our energy is aligned and our souls are connected. We love each other and we are excited to make this forever.

Both the Brooks and Nelson family along with a few friends were in Puerto Rico celebrating Norman's birthday. On Sunday February 17th (Norman's actual birthday) we celebrated at Vivo Beach Club. It was the perfect day, the sun was shining, the food was great, and we were enjoying everything. Norman stood up and began to give a speech about how thankful he was for everything in his life at that moment, his family, his kids, new healthy baby boy, etc. I stood right next to him as he gave his speech and completely oblivious to what he was about to do. He turned to me and said that there was one thing he felt was missing, pulled out the ring, and asked me to marry him. I was shocked, nervous, and happy all in the same moment. I started saying "But its your birthday." I cried, said yes, and we all gave a toast to us. It was very well planned and executed by Norman! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Cabo!
