Incredibly enough, we actually went to the same college! And no, you're not reading this finally now because Andrew dragged his feet. Neither of us actually believes we ever met, despite going to a school of ~3,500 people and majoring in the same department! Instead, over a decade later, we pick up the story. Disillusioned with apps, not meeting anyone great at church, and having turned to a matchmaking service, we found ourselves set up on a date we were both actually looking forward to. It was clear so quickly that we'd encountered someone different from any of the others. All the traffic between LA and San Diego (or the hottest new rivalry in baseball) couldn't get in the way of two hearts for the Lord, hard workers, quick wits, competitive spirits, and caring souls. It's very clear God gave us time to learn, grow, and become the right versions of ourselves for each other. We're so grateful for His perfect timing, and we are so excited you're choosing to celebrate with us!
