Norma and Christian’s love story began thanks to their friend Juan, who introduced them one night at Social 59. They crossed paths, but life took them in different directions—until, by chance, they found each other again after shortly after Norma’s dad passed away. As they spent more time together, especially through the quieter days of the pandemic, they became inseparable. Christian quickly grew to love Leia, Norma’s dog, who had been by her side all along. They made a routine of finding joy in the everyday—exploring, trying out new places to eat, and soaking in the small things. Recently, they took a big step and bought a home together, building a foundation for their future as a family. Alongside Christian’s daughter, Ziarah, and their two dogs, Leia and Luke, their home is full of laughter, love, and all the moments that make life real. Ziarah, who’s sharp and funny brings her own energy to the family. She has her dad’s love for music and she’s all in for their food adventures and family outings. Through it all, Norma and Christian have been each other’s biggest supporters. Christian stood by Norma as she worked through her master’s program, and now, as Christian’s in school, Norma is there cheering him on every step of the way. Their support for each other has only deepened, and it’s something that Ziarah can look up to as she grows.
