Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs" if only you and your significant other have been invited.

What if don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 19th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We ask that guests refrain from wearing white or cream.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot attached to the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors behind the venue, while the reception will be held indoors. We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but please be aware that if conditions do not permit an outdoor ceremony we will move it indoors to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Is there a music request list?

Answer

Our DJ will be taking music requests on the night of the wedding. After the reception, we plan to have a dance party with music that may not be appropriate for young ears. We understand that some of our guests may have different tastes in music, but we kindly ask that everyone respects our choice of music and joins us in having a good time. We want to ensure that everyone has a great time, but we understand that some guests may not feel comfortable with the music selection. If you feel that the music is not to your liking we kindly ask that you feel free to excuse yourself and enjoy the rest of the evening in a quieter setting.
