The ceremony will be held at the Nordstrom Family Residence located at 80 Mckinley Road Middlebrook, Virginia 24459. The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow at Harmony Farm located at 5814 Middlebrook Road Middlebrook, Virginia 24459.

It's only a short 3 minute drive, but a very special one. The ceremony takes place at Sarah's family home, followed by the reception at Doug's family home. We are so excited to share where we grew up with the people we love the most!
The dress code is formal, and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Think light, elegant, and dressy - suits and ties for men, and long or dressy midi dresses for women. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking on grass. Most importantly, wear something you feel great in - we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Ambassador Limo, Quicks, and Ride with Rog are the shuttles we will be utilizing. 3:00 - 3:15 pm - Shuttle pick up at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites and the Tru Hotel in Staunton 3:15 - 3:30 - Shuttle pick up at Hotel 24 South in Staunton 4:00 pm - Arrival at ceremony location 5:00 pm - Shuttle to reception 9:30 pm - Early shuttle back to Staunton 10:45 - 11:00 pm - Last shuttle back to Staunton
Shuttles will be available to and from the wedding. If you prefer to drive there will be parking at both the ceremony and reception locations. Shuttles will be picking up from 3 - 3:30 pm at: - Hotel 24 South - 24 South New Street, Staunton, Virginia 24401 - Fairfield Inn & Suites - 114 Crossing Way, Staunton, Virginia 24401 - Tru by Hilton - 120 Crossing Way, Staunton, Virginia 24401 There will be earlier and later shuttle times to return back to Staunton at the end of the night.
Yes! Parking will be available at both locations. Please plan to arrive a bit early to the ceremony to allow time to walk from the parking area to the ceremony. Parking for the ceremony - Go past the Nordstrom's driveway and parking is available at the top of the hill to the left Parking for the reception - Turn into Harmony Farm, go over the bridge and stay to the right. Parking is available behind the horse barn
We've reserved room blocks at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites, as well as the Tru by Hilton in Staunton. Additionally, if you prefer to stay right in downtown Staunton, Hotel 24 South is a great option or there are numerous AirBnb options in Staunton.
